Are crypto gift cards widely accepted by merchants?

Hey, quick question! Are crypto gift cards actually accepted by a lot of merchants out there? I’ve been hearing about them but not sure if they’re really usable everywhere. Would love to know if it’s worth getting one or if they’re just a niche thing. Thanks!
