For the week, the S&P 500 rose 1.2%, the Nasdaq climbed 1.7%, while the Dow slipped 0.5%.SK Hynix made history with the largest U.S. listing ever by a foreign company, raising $26.5 billion after pricing its American depositary shares at $149. The stock opened at $170 and finished 12.8% higher at $168.01. The company is a global leader in DRAM and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips, which are in high demand for artificial intelligence applications. Nvidia, one of SK Hynix’s biggest HBM customers, gained 4%, while rival Micron Technology fell 1.2%.Analysts said SK Hynix’s successful debut dominated market sentiment. Ethereum’s Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) Ratio fell below the critical 0.8 threshold, placing the altcoin in a historically rare accumulation zone.

The on-chain metric suggested ETH traded below its realized value, a condition that previously appeared during major market bottoms.

According to the data, similar readings emerged in December 2018, March 2020, and June 2022 before Ethereum established cycle lows. That historical context renewed attention among long-term investors despite the absence of an immediate bullish catalyst.

However, the metric reflected valuation rather than future price direction. Instead, it suggested seller exhaustion had intensified after months of weakness.

As a result, Ethereum entered another period where long-term value investors historically became active, while broader market participants continued weighing macroeconomic uncertainty against improving blockchain fundamentals.

Inflows outweighed withdrawals despite recovery
Spot flow data showed Ethereum recorded Exchange Netflows of approximately $62.64 million during the latest session. That reading indicated more ETH entered exchanges than left them, even as price stabilized above recent lows.

Such activity often reflected investors preparing assets for trading rather than demonstrating outright accumulation through exchange withdrawals.

However, the inflow remained relatively modest compared with larger historical spikes visible on the chart, suggesting exchange activity had not reached panic levels.

Meanwhile, Ethereum maintained its recovery without triggering aggressive selling pressure across spot markets.

The combination revealed a market that continued supplying exchanges with liquidity while buyers absorbed available inventory.

That balance prevented excessive downside pressure, although it also suggested traders remained willing to reposition holdings instead of committing entirely to long-term storage.

Bitcoin bulls Michael Saylor, Adam Back slam BIP-110 Ordinals proposalStrategy executive chairman Michael Saylor and Blockstream CEO Adam Back have doubled down on their opposition to BIP-110, a proposed temporary fork to limit non-monetary transactions on the Bitcoin network.

Bitcoin Improvement Proposal-110 was introduced in December 2025 to stop nonfungible token-like Ordinals inscriptions and other arbitrary data from “spamming” the network and to preserve Bitcoin’s main use as a peer-to-peer cash system.While critical of Ordinals activity, Saylor and Back fear a fork could do more harm than good to the network’s credibility. “There are 110 things more dangerous to Bitcoin than spam,” Saylor said in a post to X on Saturday, adding that BIP-110 could invalidate ordinary transactions on the network.BIP-110 is one of the more notable protocol-level disputes in the Bitcoin development community since the Blocksize Wars between 2015 and 2017, when ecosystem participants debated whether it was worth risking a chain split to raise the block size limit for scalability.

BIP-110 was introduced by pseudonymous Bitcoin developer “Dathon Ohm” with the support of Ocean protocol founder Luke Dashjr.BIP-110 won't be activated unless 55% of Bitcoin nodes validating blocks are in support of the proposal across a Bitcoin block “period.”

In the last period, period number 475 between block 955,584 and 957,599, only 1% of blocks were BIP-110-supportive.

The dispute comes at a time when Ordinals activity is at near all-time lows, with fewer than 10,000 Ordinals inscribed into the Bitcoin blockchain on a daily basis over the last month, down massively from the more than 400,000 seen during its peak in August 2023.
