Bitcoin Suisse said on June 22, 2026, that Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG received a MiCAR Crypto Asset Service Provider license from Liechtenstein’s Financial Market Authority. The approval gives the group a regulated base for serving selected EEA markets.

The update affects high-net-worth individuals, corporates and institutional investors seeking trading, custody and staking services under clearer European rules. Bitcoin Suisse said the license builds on its existing Liechtenstein TVTG registration, while Roman Przibylla was appointed CEO of the European entity to lead the expansion.
