Capital B shareholders have approved a large financing mandate tied to the company’s Bitcoin treasury strategy.
The approvals include up to €5 billion in equity capacity and up to €100 billion in credit instruments, according to the company’s AGM communication.
The France-listed firm says its strategy is focused on increasing Bitcoin per fully diluted share over time.
France-listed Capital B has won shareholder backing for one of Europe’s most aggressive Bitcoin treasury financing plans, giving the company broad authority to raise capital for future BTC accumulation.

The company, formerly known as The Blockchain Group, said in its AGM communication that shareholders approved resolutions tied to its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. The package includes authorizations for up to €5 billion in capital increases and up to €100 billion in credit instruments. The approvals followed the company’s June 17 general meeting and came alongside its formal rebrand to Capital B.

For Bitcoin investors, the story is not just the size of the mandate. It is the model. Capital B is presenting itself as a European corporate Bitcoin treasury vehicle, with a strategy built around increasing the amount of Bitcoin held per fully diluted share over time.

While the price declined by 2.06% in the past 24 hours, both price dynamics and the network’s growth have reinforced positive expectations for the market’s direction.

Support level boosts $ARB price outlook
According to cryptocurrency analyst Nehal, $ARB has managed to recover from an important support zone. This rebound suggests that buyers are returning to the market, reflecting improving sentiment in the short term.

Analyst Nehal explained that $ARB’s recovery from its critical support level suggests renewed buying interest and a strengthening short-term outlook.

If the recovery continues, the next price to watch in the market is $0.099. Should $ARB surpass this zone, analysts highlight that there is potential for the price to expand as far as $0.135. However, maintaining the current support level remains essential for confirming the upward scenario.

Cardano’s bearish pressure persists amid weak derivatives and on-chain data



Cardano ($ADA) continued its downward trajectory on Friday, trading below $0.165 and posting losses of more than 2% in the last 24 hours.

The cryptocurrency remains under pressure, as weakening derivatives activity and negative on-chain indicators suggest further downside in the near term.

Bearish derivatives data reflect growing market caution

Market sentiment surrounding Cardano remains fragile, with derivatives metrics highlighting a growing bearish bias among traders.

According to CoinGlass data, $ADA’s long-to-short ratio fell to 0.96 on Friday, approaching its lowest level in over a month.

A ratio below 1 indicates that short positions outweigh long positions, suggesting that a majority of traders are positioning for additional price declines.

Further reinforcing the negative outlook, Cardano’s futures Open Interest (OI) declined to $348 million.

Although OI experienced a modest recovery in mid-June, it has generally trended lower since mid-May.

Falling Open Interest typically signals reduced investor participation and weaker conviction, often accompanying bearish market conditions.

On-chain metrics also paint a challenging picture for Cardano. Data from Santiment shows that Cardano’s Network Realized Profit/Loss (NPL) indicator plunged sharply on Wednesday, indicating that investors were locking in losses rather than profits.

Such activity is commonly associated with panic selling and market capitulation, reflecting a deterioration in short-term sentiment.

However, capitulation phases can sometimes signal that selling pressure is nearing exhaustion.

A similar pattern emerged during the market downturn in mid-April, when $ADA eventually staged a modest recovery after a wave of loss realization subsided.
