According to monitoring by Dongcha Beating, the AI office startup Genspark has completed a $100 million extension in its Series B funding, bringing the company's post-money valuation to $2.6 billion. Participants in this round of financing include existing investors Sozo Ventures, UpHonest Capital, and Mirae Asset. This new round of funding has seen Genspark's valuation soar by 63% in just three months, with total financing exceeding $645 million. Genspark was co-founded at the end of 2023 in Silicon Valley by former Baidu Group Vice President and CEO of Xiaodu Technology Eric Jing, former Xiaodu CTO Kay Zhu, and MIT PhD and Smarking founder Wen Sang. The founding team is dedicated to building an AI-native search engine and automated workflows based on a multi-agent collaboration (MoA) architecture to address the complex daily tasks of knowledge workers in enterprises.
