Staked Ethereum Hits All-Time High as ETH Tops $2.7K

Ethereum's native cryptocurrency, ETH, has reached a new milestone, surpassing $2,700 for the first time since early 2024.  This surge has been accompanied by a significant increase in staked Ethereum (ETH), highlighting growing investor confidence in the network's long-term prospects. 

As of June 10, 2025, ETH is trading at $2,765.79, up 8.64% from the previous close, with an intraday high of $2,787.43 and a low of $2,519.69.   This price movement reflects a broader market rally and renewed institutional interest in Ethereum. 

The increase in ETH's price has led to a surge in staking activity.  Staking allows ETH holders to participate in the network's consensus mechanism by locking up their tokens, thereby earning rewards.  This process not only secures the network but also reduces the circulating supply of ETH, potentially exerting upward pressure on its price.
