15 мая CME Group и Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) призвали американских регуляторов провести проверку Hyperliquid, чтобы оценить риски манипулирования рынком и санкций.

CME и ICE предупредили, что анонимная круглосуточная торговля бессрочными фьючерсами на Hyperliquid может искажать мировые цены на сырьевые товары, особенно на нефтяном рынке. Обе биржи также отметили риск того, что связанные с государством субъекты могут использовать децентрализованную структуру платформы для внутренней координации и обхода санкций.
