XRP has recovered more than 8% from the April 29 lows of $1.34, now on an upward path.

In this upward path, XRP trades within two distinct Elliott Wave structures on the weekly chart. 

XRP’s ultimate target in the upward path depends heavily on which of the Elliott Wave structures it eventually follows.

The first structure began in June 2022, and Wave 5 could end during this cycle at $14.

The second structure started in late 2024, and Wave 5 could conclude years later at $42.

Solana developer Anza said Monday that Alpenglow, the network’s biggest proposed consensus overhaul to date, is live on a community test cluster, marking a major step toward a potential mainnet rollout.

The update means validator operators can now test software designed to move Solana from its current consensus system, which combines Proof-of-Stake with TowerBFT and Proof-of-History, toward a new architecture intended to dramatically reduce finality times and improve network responsiveness.

“Alpenglow is live on the community test cluster,” Anza wrote on X. “The biggest consensus change in Solana’s history, now running on validator infrastructure ahead of mainnet.”

United States President Donald Trump has rejected Iran’s counterproposal to end the war in the Middle East, saying that it is “totally unacceptable.” According to a CNN report, the proposal leaned on Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz while seeking compensation for war damages.

Following Trump’s remarks, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said that everything in the proposal was “reasonable” and “generous” for Iran’s national interests as well as for the region’s and the world’s stability, the CNN report added.

The broader crypto market, which has in the last few weeks priced in a potential final peace agreement amid the ongoing but fragile ceasefire, shows signs of exhaustion, with $XRP down at least 1.36% on the trading day.

Meanwhile, appetite for $XRP-related digital investment products remained steady last week, as reflected by nearly $40 million in inflows, according to a CoinShares report published on Monday. Total assets under management average $2.5 billion, the fourth-largest as per the chart below.
