Власти штата Миссури подали в суд на компанию CoinFlip, оператора криптоматов, за «сознательное содействие мошенническим транзакциям и получение от них прибыли». Это последний шаг властей штата в США, направленный против киосков и банкоматов для цифровых валют.

В уведомлении, опубликованном в среду, офис генерального прокурора штата Миссури Кэтрин Ханауэй заявил, что иск против GPD Holdings, работающей под торговой маркой CoinFlip, был подан в ответ на случаи мошенничества, в том числе в отношении «пожилых людей и ветеранов» штата.
