Your request will be evaluated within 2 working days. The result will be sent by SMS, email and internal message. Please check then.

If you submit your request on or before the 15th of that month, you will enjoy a preferential fee rate for both the current month and the next month; for those who submit the request after the 15th of that month, they will enjoy a preferential fee rate for both the current month and the next two months. For example, if user A submit his/her request on February 15, the trial period will end on March 31.

During the trial period, the platform won't evaluate either your trading volume or HT holdings. After the trial period, fee rate would be set again based on your trading volume and HT holdings of the last 30 days.
