Zcash, Bitcoin Cash, and Cardano Show Gains, with ZEC Leading the Way with a 47% Surge
In the last 24 hours, several altcoins saw significant gains. Zcash (ZEC) led the rally, surging 47.1% to $836 before consolidating around $810, driven by privacy focus and developments around a potential Grayscale spot ETF conversion. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) rose 31.4% to $299.49.
Other notable gainers included Cardano (ADA), up 19% to $0.2563, Dogecoin (DOGE), and Whitebit (WBT), each up 17.7%. The rally extended to Stellar (XLM), Chainlink (LINK), and Hyperliquid (HYPE), which rose 11.9% to $81.50, buoyed by DEX volume and a token buyback mechanism.
The broad-based momentum is attributed to renewed U.S. regulatory optimism, including President Trump's support for the Digital Asset Market Transparency Act, and expanded Treasury bond buybacks, which lowered yields and freed liquidity for risk assets. Analysts note the rally was accompanied by high trading volumes and leverage, which could amplify volatility. Market participants are watching for tangible progress on crypto market structure legislation in the coming weeks to sustain the uptrend.
