Развитие цифровых финансовых продуктов обозначено как одно из перспективных направлений в стране

Национальный банк Казахстана сообщил о запуске пилотного проекта по выпуску стейблкоина в тенге в рамках регуляторной песочницы по цифровым активам. Токен выпущен криптобиржей Intebix при участии Solana Foundation, Mastercard и Евразийского банка.

Проект нацелен на интеграцию крипторынка с традиционной финансовой системой. Ожидается, что стейблкоин упростит обмен криптовалют на тенге и станет базой для криптокарт с моментальной конвертацией. Биржа Intebix имеет лицензию Международного финансового центра «Астана» (МФЦА), необходимую для работы с цифровыми активами в Казахстане.

Это первый из восьми пилотных проектов в регуляторной песочнице, которую Нацбанк открыл в 2025 году. В рамках инициативы также реализуется проект по запуску криптокарт. Глава регулятора Тимур Сулейменов напомнил, что в послании президент Казахстана поручил реализовать потенциал развития цифровых финансовых продуктов.

Представители Solana Foundation (организация, стоящая за развитием блокчейна Solana) взаимодействуют с казахстанскими криптопроектами. В мае Астанинская международная биржа (AIX), Solana Foundation и проект Jupiter подписали меморандум о совместной работе над токенизированными ценными бумагами.

В октябре президент Solana Foundation Лили Лю выступит модератором пленарной сессии на форуме Digital Bridge в Астане. В сессии примут участие министр ОАЭ по вопросам искусственного интеллекта Омар Султан Аль-Олама и научные сотрудники Стэнфорда. Ожидается, что в мероприятии также примет участие основатель Telegram Павел Дуров.

В начале сентября президент Казахстана Касым-Жомарт Токаев заявил о необходимости создания Государственного фонда цифровых активов, который будет накапливать «стратегический крипторезерв» из наиболее перспективных цифровых активов. Новый фонд создадут на базе Инвестиционной корпорации Национального банка Казахстана.

Дополнительно президент поручил правительству и Нацбанку разработать программу инвестирования в высокотехнологичные отрасли объемом до $1 млрд и подготовить закон о банках с акцентом на финтех и либерализацию оборота цифровых активов.
