Mavryk Joins Fireblocks For Real Estate Tokenization On MultiBank

Mavryk Network, a Layer-1 blockchain that is best known for supporting real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, has now gone fully live with Fireblocks in a major move set to change the way institutions interact with tokenized property.

The integration will support the launch of MultiBank.io’s luxury RWA platform one of the largest tokenization endeavors on property to date featuring luxury property like The Ritz-Carlton Residences and Keturah Reserve by MAG Lifestyle Development.

The collaboration brings together three significant stakeholders: Mavryk Network, providing the blockchain infrastructure for token listing and exchange on primary and secondary markets; Fireblocks, protecting digital assets with its MPC-based wallets used by over 2,000 global institutions; and MultiBank.io, facilitating the RWA exchange where users can purchase, sell, and lend against tokenized real estate.

Together, they are building a regulated and integrally connected framework through which users can safely and compliantly store and exchange tokenized real-world assets.

Through such an integration, users can send USDT from the spot wallet of MultiBank to a non-custodial RWA wallet on Fireblocks without touching private keys. 

Subsequently, they can purchase tokenized real estate directly issued on the Mavryk blockchain. These holdings are made tradable on a secondary market with inherent KYC, jurisdictional regulation, and settlement in real-time following the initial sale window.

Mavryk CEO Alex Davis called the integration a milestone and said that by integrating Mavryk’s token issuance layer with Fireblocks’ $100B+ custody platform, institutions are being freed from legacy barriers. Institutions can now interact with tokenized property through means of infrastructure they already have confidence in.

This move is not just beneficial for Mavryk but also consolidates the blockchain as a solid foundation for compliant tokenized issuance and exchange of RWAs. It opens up Fireblocks’ 2,000+ institutional customers to an easy platform to custody and trade digital assets collateralized by real estate.

With valuable real estate assets onto the blockchain and secure instruments available, the future of compliant and accessible tokenized investments has never been nearer to become a reality.
