Власти Вьетнама объявили о запуске национальной блокчейн-платформы NDAChain, предназначенной для государственной цифровой экосистемы — для проверки записей и транзакций.

Разработкой платформы занималась Национальная ассоциация данных (NDA), а надзор за деятельностью платформы осуществляет Центр инноваций и эксплуатации данных Министерства общественной безопасности Вьетнама.

«Платформа создана для предоставления "децентрализованного слоя доверия" национальным системам, включая электронное правительство, финансы, здравоохранение, логистику и образование. Сеть не является полностью децентрализованной, поскольку Вьетнам выбрал гибридную архитектуру данных, сочетающую централизованные и децентрализованные компоненты», — рассказали представители NDA.

Работу блокчейна поддерживают 49 валидаторов, среди которых государственные структуры и частные компании SunGroup, Zalo, Masan, MISA, Sovico, в том числе медицинская корпорация VNVC.

Одной из особенностей NDAChain является применение механизма консенсуса Proof-of-Authority (PoA), сочетающего скорость обработки транзакций и доверие валидаторам. Для обеспечения безопасности данных используется технология доказательств с нулевым разглашением (Zero-Knowledge Proofs). В блокчейн-систему добавлена децентрализованная идентификация NDA DID, предназначенная для проверки участников при заключении соглашений и цифровых контрактах. Приложение NDAKey позволяет проверять личности участников NDAChain.

Ранее парламент Вьетнама принял закон об индустрии цифровых технологий, регулирующий операции с цифровыми активами. Закон предложило Министерство науки и технологий, он вступит в силу с января 2026 года.

Seven months after taking over, Farcaster's current operator, Neynar, has announced it is seeking a new team to take over operations of the decentralized social protocol and its associated products, including the flagship Farcaster client and the Clanker platform. Neynar co-founder Rishav Mukherji acknowledged the company failed to meet its goals since acquiring Farcaster from its original creators in January, citing a combination of a tight-knit community, high operating costs for the main app, and slow market growth as reasons requiring a different organizational and funding structure. Despite Neynar reducing infrastructure costs by 80% and decentralizing protocol operations further, the challenge of scaling consumer adoption and sustaining the flagship app remains unresolved.
