В сети завирусилось видео, автор которого показывает якобы проведение оффлайн-перевода биткоинов при помощи мессенджера Bitchat, который презентовал основатель X («Твиттера») Джек Дорси

Рассказываем, правда ли такие операции возможны и что по этому поводу думают участники криптосообщества.

В июле 2025 года Джек Дорси презентовал месенджер Bitchat. С его помощью можно отправлять сообщения без подключения к сети. Программа работает по протоколу Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) в режиме mesh-сети.

По сети тут же разлетелись сообщения о том, что при помощи Bitchat можно отправлять биткоины без подключения к интернету. На деле оказалось, что в документации приложения такой функционал не прописан.

Слухи о том, что через Bitchat все же можно пересылать биткоины без подключения к сети разлетелись по интернету с новой силой на фоне выхода видео, автор которого проводит такую операцию в мессенджере. В ролике видно, как пользователь отправляет монеты с чата в одном телефоне и получат их на другом.

Многие участники криптосообщества сочли видео доказательством того, что через Bitchat действительно можно отправлять биткоины без подключения к сети.

Автор ролика пояснил операцию на записи в ответ на комментарий подписчика, который отметил, что получатель не сможет проверить поступление BTC-платежа без доступа к интернету:

«Отправитель может передать электронные цифровые деньги оффлайн. Но получателю все равно понадобится интернет, чтобы повторно выпустить токены и предотвратить двойную трату. В качестве альтернативы, если только отправитель имеет доступ в интернет, а получатель — нет, отправитель может “привязать” токены к публичному ключу получателя и отправить их оффлайн. Так или иначе, одному из участников все же нужен интернет».

Также в своем X автор видео пояснил, что на устройствах установлен кошелек Cashu, при помощи которого он и проводит транзакцию.

Предположительно, на ролике зафиксирована не передача чистых биткоинов, а транзакция с цифровыми токенами Cashu. Они обеспеченны реальной криптовалютой и хранятся на устройстве пользователя. Такие монеты действительно можно отправить через технологию, на базе которой работает Bitchat. При этом получателю система доставляет не сам BTC, а токен, за который позже можно выкупить реальный биткоин. Для этого, конечно же, нужен доступ к сети.

Получается, что отправлять биткоины по Bitchat без интернета нельзя. Поэтому восхищения комментаторов видео — преждевременны.
