3 июля Cronos, Web3-блокчейн, поддерживаемый Crypto.com, завершил масштабное обновление своего EVM-майннета. В результате время генерации блока снизилось с примерно 5,6 секунды до менее одной, что повышает скорость и отклик сети.

Благодаря этому Cronos вошел в число 10 самых быстрых блокчейнов по скорости финализации транзакций. Ускорение сети создает условия для более эффективной работы децентрализованных приложений, особенно в сферах DeFi, платежей и ИИ.

Производительность повысилась благодаря внедренным механизмам масштабирования, включая BlockSTM. Это движок параллельного выполнения транзакций, который позволяет обрабатывать сразу несколько транзакций, увеличивая пропускную способность и снижая задержки.

Cronos продолжает расширять применение блокчейна в реальной жизни. В партнерстве с Crypto.com он стал первой сетью, которая поддерживает прямое пополнение карт криптовалютой. Также внедрена функция Auto-Harvest, которая позволяет автоматически конвертировать DeFi-награды в фиат для пополнения карты. Эти инициативы направлены на улучшение пользовательского опыта, поддержку блокчейн-приложений и связь ончейн-активности с повседневными финансовыми инструментами.
