The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) have filed lawsuits against Goliath Ventures and its founder, Christopher Delgado, for an alleged cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme that raised approximately $400 million from investors.
