国际刑事警察组织（国际刑警组织）已向两名香港加密货币推广人发出红色通缉令。

据《南华早报》报道，被称为“硬币少爷”的黄清杰因一项欺诈罪和两项盗窃罪被通缉，而他的同伙莫则因两项洗钱罪被通缉。

据当地媒体报道，红色通缉令是应香港警方的要求发出的。警方消息人士拒绝对此案发表评论，称他们“仍在调查中”

这两人此前于2019年因涉嫌出售Filecoin采矿平台的欺诈指控被香港警方逮捕，后来被保释。

莫随后于2023年9月被捕，这是对加密货币交易平台JPEX进行欺诈调查的一部分，该平台收到了2000多起受害者投诉，估计损失1.78亿美元。他后来被保释。

王，原名Kwan Tsz-kit，也被《南华早报》列为推广JPEX的影响者之一，当地政府勒令他停止推广该平台。
