XRP focused treasury firm Evernorth has officially filed with the SEC to go public on Nasdaq. Summary Evernorth filed a Form S 4 with the SEC, moving closer to its planned Nasdaq listing through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II. The proposed deal is expected to generate over $1 billion in proceeds, which will primarily fund the buildout of a large-scale XRP treasury strategy. Per the official statement published on Wednesday, Evernorth has filed a Form S-4 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as it now awaits final regulatory clearance before proceeding with its planned listing. Evernorth first announced plans in October to go public through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. The deal is expected to bring in over $1 billion in proceeds, including $200 million from SBI Holdings. However, the listing would still be subject to final approval from Armada II shareholders for the merger. “We believe global finance is entering a new era with digital assets playing a larger role in how capital is held, managed and deployed,” Evernorth CEO Asheesh Birla said in a statement. “Evernorth is being built to participate in that evolution. Our focus is on combining public market discipline with XRP blockchain based financial infrastructure to help shape a more transparent, efficient and connected global financial system,” he added. In a joint survey conducted by Coinbase and EY-Parthenon, the majority of participants stated that they expect cryptocurrency prices to rise in the next 12 months.

According to a survey of 351 institutional investors conducted in January, 73% of participants stated that they plan to increase their cryptocurrency investments in 2026, and 74% expect cryptocurrency prices to rise in the next 12 months.

Senator Lummis Announced Good News Regarding the Clarity Act, a Highly Critical Cryptocurrency Bill
As comprehensive regulatory efforts targeting the cryptocurrency market in the US gain momentum, Senator Cynthia Lummis made important statements. Lummis, the architect of the “Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Act” bill, stated that this critical legislation, known publicly as the CLARITY Act, will be finalized by the end of the year.

Speaking at the DC Blockchain Summit in Washington D.C., Lummis stated that the Senate Banking Committee will consider the bill in the second half of April, following the Easter break. The committee is expected to make changes to the bill before submitting it for a vote. Lummis clarified the timeline, saying, “In April, after the Easter break, we will markup the bill.”

This regulation is critical to establishing the legal framework for the cryptocurrency market in the US. The bill aims to clarify the boundaries of authority between the CFTC and the SEC, define the conditions under which digital assets are considered securities or commodities, and introduce new transparency obligations.

Last year, the House of Representatives passed a similar bill, the CLARITY Act, with bipartisan support. However, the process was more difficult in the Senate. In January, the Senate Agriculture Committee passed its version with only Republican votes, while the Democrats did not support the bill.

On the other hand, the critical hearing that the Senate Banking Committee had planned to hold in January was canceled at the last minute after cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase withdrew its support.

Canada revokes 47 crypto money licenses, vows to continue

Canada's financial intelligence unit has revoked the registrations of 50 money services businesses (MSBs) so far this year, with 47 related to crypto, and the minister of finance said it will continue cracking down.

Canada's Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre (FINTRAC) said on Monday that it took its most recent action, revoking 23 MSB registrations. Any revoked MSBs have 30 days to request a review to have it overturned.

Simply put, RWAs are traditional financial assets (like bonds, commodities, or credit) brought onto the blockchain. However, unlike earlier versions that merely “represented” these assets, newer RWAs are issued and managed directly on-chain.

The change is helping its performance. While a majority of sectors have been deep in the red YTD, RWAs have held up fairly decently.

What’s causing this growth?

These days, RWAs are increasingly being built directly on the blockchain. Rather than relying on off-chain systems, key processes like issuance, settlement, and even collateral management are happening on-chain!

As a consequence, there’s better integration with the crypto ecosystem. This has made RWAs more functional, liquid, and accessible.

The numbers make that evident. The total RWA market has now crossed $27 billion, with non-Treasury assets accounting for $15.8 billion; overtaking U.S. Treasuries and emerging as the primary growth driver. This includes categories like commodities, asset-backed credit, and specialty finance, alongside tokenized stocks, which have now reached the $1 billion-mark.

Additionally, RWAs are surging on BNB Chain as well! Total value locked (TVL) there alone has climbed to an ATH of $3 billion.

Roche just made the biggest GPU flex in pharmaceutical history. The Swiss drugmaker announced it now operates more than 3,500 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs dedicated to drug development — a deployment that dwarfs anything its competitors have publicly disclosed.

In English: Roche is betting that brute-force AI computing power can shave years off the notoriously slow process of discovering and developing new medicines. And it’s backing that bet with serious silicon.

The numbers behind the compute arms race

Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture represents the chipmaker’s most advanced GPU platform, purpose-built for AI workloads at massive scale. Having 3,500 of them is like owning a fleet of Formula 1 cars — impressive on paper, but the real question is whether you can drive them.

Roche appears to think it can. The company is channeling that compute power toward AI-driven R&D, encompassing everything from molecular simulation to clinical trial optimization. The goal is straightforward: find better drug candidates faster and fail cheaper on the ones that don’t work.

For context, Eli Lilly — Roche’s chief rival in multiple therapeutic areas — is also building its own AI lab in partnership with Nvidia. But Lilly hasn’t disclosed GPU numbers anywhere close to Roche’s 3,500-unit fleet. That doesn’t mean Lilly is falling behind necessarily, but it does mean Roche is making a very public statement about where it’s headed.

The pharma industry spends roughly $2.3B on average to bring a single drug from concept to market approval. If AI can meaningfully compress that timeline or improve success rates even modestly, the return on a GPU cluster — even a massive one — starts looking like a rounding error.
