Another European Union Member State Has Approved MICA in Its Parliament! Here Are the Details
The Polish Parliament has taken a critical step in the comprehensive regulation process for the country’s digital asset market by approving a bill that will align with MiCA, the European Union’s framework for regulatory compliance with crypto assets.

The government-backed regulation aims to bring Poland into compliance with European Union standards by July. Otherwise, cryptocurrency companies operating in the country risk losing their licenses and permission to provide services.

The adoption of the new regulation coincides with a deepening of a wide-ranging investigation into Zondacrypto, one of the country’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges. Polish prosecutors are investigating allegations of fraud stemming from withdrawal problems on the platform. Initial estimates suggest the total losses incurred by users amount to 350 million zloty, or approximately $96 million.

Trump’s tariffs just got a judicial lifeline. A federal appeals court has temporarily blocked a lower-court order that declared the president’s new tariffs unlawful, meaning the levies stay in effect while the appellate court decides whether to extend that pause even further.A lower court issued an order declaring Trump’s new tariffs unlawful. That order, if left standing, would have effectively neutralized the tariffs and forced the government to stop collecting them.

The appeals court stepped in and hit pause. The tariffs remain active while the appellate judges take their time deciding whether to grant a longer, more formal stay.

Legal challenges to presidential tariff authority aren’t new, but they have intensified. The core question in many of these cases is whether the president has the statutory authority to impose tariffs unilaterally, or whether that power belongs to Congress. The Constitution explicitly grants Congress the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations, but over the decades, Congress has delegated significant trade authority to the executive branch through various statutes.

The lower court’s decision to declare the tariffs unlawful signals that at least one judge believes the administration overstepped those delegated powers.

For traditional markets, the immediate takeaway is stability, at least in the short term. Businesses that have already adjusted their supply chains and pricing models to account for the tariffs don’t have to reverse course overnight.

For crypto markets specifically, the connection is indirect but real. Tariffs influence inflation expectations, and inflation expectations influence monetary policy, and monetary policy influences risk assets. He believes that the emergence of this formation suggests that Dogecoin could be gearing up for a massive 500% price rally. However, his optimistic forecast does not stop there, as the analyst projects an even higher price target above $1 once that first target is reached.

Dogecoin Bullish Divergence Signals Move To $1.25
Javon Marks, a well-known crypto analyst on X, has shared a new analysis for Dogecoin, predicting two bullish targets that are drawing attention from investors and traders. According to the analyst, Dogecoin is now responding even more positively to a key Bullish Divergence that has been holding up well on the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD).

Marks’ accompanying chart shows that this divergence has been forming since 2025, taking enough time and strength to develop. Usually, when the MACD indicator signals a Bullish Divergence, it suggests that a cryptocurrency that has spent a long time declining or trading sideways has quietly been building significant momentum beneath the surface.

Given that strong foundation, Marks predicts that DOGE’s recent recovery near $0.10 could be the early signal of a much greater move to the upside. He suggests the breakout is pointing toward a staggering price rally of about 500%, which, from current prices, could catapult DOGE straight toward $0.6533. This bullish level puts the meme going just 11.4% below its all-time high of roughly $0.73 set in May 2021.
