#Flow Capital Partners is set to bring its $150 million private credit fund to the DigiFT tokenization platform by the end of April. Summary Flow Capital Partners will move its $150 million private credit fund onto the DigiFT tokenization platform by the end of April as part of a plan to reach $250 million in assets by 2026. Total market capitalization for real-world assets climbed to a record $58 billion this month, with Ethereum-based tokenization alone growing 200% year-over-year. Bloomberg reported Friday that the Hong Kong-based asset manager will offer on-chain shares of the fund, which originally debuted in June 2025. Management also intends to secure a further $30 million in tokenized investment by the end of this year.  Such initiatives highlight a growing trend where traditional financial products are being replatformed onto public blockchains to tap into 24/7 liquidity.  Global demand for these instruments has pushed the total real-world asset (RWA) market capitalization to a record $58 billion as of mid-April, according to data from CoinGecko. Scaling on-chain private credit Jacky Tian, chief investment officer of Flow Capital, said the company intends to scale the fund to $250 million by the end of 2026. Cardano is already being used by roughly 200 large companies in Germany through agentic AI deployments, even if those firms do not realize the blockchain is sitting underneath their stack, according to Cardano Foundation CEO Frederik Gregaard. The claim, made during an interview with Jane King on GBBC’s Markets on Chain series from the New York Stock Exchange published April 16, points to a version of blockchain adoption that is less visible to end users but potentially more embedded in enterprise infrastructure.

200 German Companies Use Cardano Without Even Knowing It

Gregaard framed the Cardano Foundation’s role as pushing blockchain into systems people use without necessarily recognizing it. “We have about 200 companies in Germany who live on agentic AI, fairly large companies, and they don’t even know they’re using Cardano as a security layer, as a digital identity layer and as an accountability layer,” he said. “Part of when you have, for instance, agentic AI who’s using data from two different databases, [is] ensuring that the agentic AI is who they say they are, that they have the data they claim without disclosing it, because we want privacy.”

That argument was central to Gregaard’s broader pitch: blockchain, in his view, is becoming an underlying trust and coordination layer for AI-driven systems rather than simply a rails story for tokens or payments. He described a model where users could interact with seamless consumer applications while Cardano handles provenance, identity and compliance in the background. The point was less about visible crypto branding than about infrastructure-level deployment.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), the government has selected a pilot project that uses blockchain-based deposits to handle operational expenses, with a full rollout scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. This initiative will initially launch in Sejong City, replacing the current system where officials use government-issued credit and debit cards for official business. Unlike traditional payments that rely on post-use reporting to catch errors, this digital framework allows authorities to pre-set spending conditions, such as specific time windows and permitted categories, to ensure funds are used exactly as intended. Strengthening oversight through technology These tokenized deposits act as digital versions of standard bank deposits held on a distributed ledger. Because they remain liabilities of participating commercial banks and operate within existing financial systems, they offer more stability than private stablecoins.
