From November through February, flows remained muted as prices consolidated lower. However, capital inflows accelerated again during recent weeks alongside improving market sentiment.

Large inflow spikes above $678,000 accompanied DEXE’s breakout toward the $17–$18 region. Hence, the latest trend suggests buyers continue entering the market despite elevated volatility.Technical Outlook For DeXe Price
Key levels remain firmly bullish after DEXE broke above the long-standing $15.00 resistance zone and accelerated toward the $17.60 region.

Upside levels: $18.00 remains the immediate psychological hurdle, followed by $19.20 and the major $20.00 resistance zone. A sustained breakout above $20.00 could open the path toward $22.50 and higher.

Downside levels: Initial support sits near $16.00, followed by the breakout zone at $15.00. Stronger trend support remains near the 20-day EMA around $13.59, while deeper downside protection stands at $11.87.Resistance ceiling: The $20.00 level remains the critical barrier for medium-term continuation. Flipping this zone into support could confirm a broader expansion phase for DEXE.

The technical structure continues favoring bulls as price trades above all major EMAs. Moreover, rising open interest and strong spot inflows reflect increasing trader participation and renewed speculative demand.

Hyperliquid is emerging as a challenger to traditional exchanges and prediction markets, says FalconX

Crypto trading platform Hyperliquid is beginning to compete with traditional exchanges and prediction market operators as it expands beyond perpetual futures trading, according to a new report from FalconX.

Senior crypto market strategist David Lawant outlined how Hyperliquid’s recent moves into pre-IPO markets, prediction contracts and tokenized real-world assets are broadening the platform’s appeal beyond crypto-native traders.

“Hyperliquid is seeing traction as demand for its HIP-3 markets expands to include pre-IPO markets,” the report said.

Hyperliquid first gained traction through crypto perpetual futures, a type of derivatives contract that dominates offshore digital asset trading. The platform’s native token, $HYPE, has skyrocketed 94% over the past three months. But FalconX said newer products could push the platform into more direct competition with firms such as CME Group, Intercontinental Exchange-backed prediction market Kalshi and Polymarket.

The report pointed to growing activity in Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 markets, which allow users to trade assets including equities, commodities, forex and pre-IPO contracts around the clock. FalconX said those markets gained attention after traders used them to speculate on companies such as Cerebras, Anthropic and SpaceX before public listings.

The platform has also begun rolling out HIP-4 outcome markets, which function similarly to prediction markets by allowing traders to bet on binary outcomes tied to politics, economics and crypto events.

FalconX said the ability to trade prediction contracts alongside crypto and real-world asset positions on the same platform could become a major advantage.

“For example you could pair a HIP-3 perps position on NVDA with outcome markets that it could miss or beat earnings,” the report said.

Buterin stated that the board of directors had expanded and that his own influence within the foundation would gradually decrease.

Acknowledging community criticism that the foundation’s activities did not align with its values of decentralization and confidentiality, he said these points were “a great burden and pain” for him.

Buterin emphasized that the $ETH Foundation should be seen as one of many nodes in the Ethereum ecosystem, not its central hub. Finally, Buterin emphasized that Ethereum is the most financially valuable asset in the $ETH ecosystem. He noted that the foundation owns only about 0.16% of all $ETH, which is less than some individual holders and far below the 10-50% typical for other blockchain foundations.

This may be due to a number of factors. For example, when a company like Circle, Fidelity, or BlackRock transfers $50 million, they don’t care if the gas fee is $5.00 or $0.05. Unchangeable security is what matters to them.

Additionally, it is mathematically the most costly blockchain in the world to attack, with over 39.2 million $ETH staked to secure the network.

Even though a chain like Base or Solana [SOL] may handle millions of quick retail transactions every day, the real value that is parked there is not that great.

It’s quite normal to believe that the network is losing traction when the price remains at $2,445 without any movement. However, the network’s usefulness is not determined by the value of the $ETH asset only.
