Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, lost a 25 billion won corporate tax lawsuit in South Korea's Herald media. The court ruled that they cannot benefit from tax reductions unless the government cancels their risk enterprise certification. Previously, Dunamu requested that the tax authority refund approximately 24.8 billion won.
