U.S. Justice Department Seizes Over 55 Million Shares of Robinhood Stock Held by SBF and Gary Wang

The US Department of Justice has seized more than 55 million shares of Robinhood stock held by Sam Bankman-Fried and his FTX co-founder Gary Wang through holding company Emergent Fidelity Technologies, according to court documents. Robinhood shares are worth about $456 million. The shares had previously been held in an account with UK brokerage firm ED&FMan.
