比特币资产管理公司Strive (ASST)宣布计划发行1.5亿美元的A系列浮动利率永续优先股SATA (SATA)。


所得款项将用于偿还或回购Semler Scientific的部分债务。Strive于本月初以全股票交易收购了Semler Scientific。此外，资金还将用于偿还Semler Scientific在Coinbase Credit的借款以及购买更多比特币。


Strive目前持有的比特币数量在上市公司中排名第11位。该公司正在与部分债券持有人协商私下交易，以将部分或全部可转换债券兑换为SATA股票。任何此类交易均无需注册，不会产生现金收益，并可能减少公开发行的规模。


 SATA 支付累计月度股息，股息计算时每股价值为 100 美元，初始年派息率为 12.25%。该比例可在严格限制范围内下调，管理层目标长期股价区间为 95 美元至 105 美元。未支付股息按月复利计算，年复利率最高可达 20%。

The framework focuses on the implementation mechanism and timing, rather than a single "EU sell-off X" heading. According to Table 5 of the US Treasury's International Capital (TIC), as of the end of November 2025, foreign investors held $9.355 trillion in US Treasuries. Of this, $3.922 trillion belonged to foreign official holders. This pool is large enough that even partial portfolio changes, especially in coordinated or rapid cases, can be recorded in interest rates. The first limitation is measurement.  The TIC Country Line tracks securities reported by U.S. custodians and broker-dealers. The Treasury Department notes that holdings in overseas custodial accounts "may not belong to the actual owners." This means the table "may not provide an accurate account of ownership in individual countries," a warning that complicates any claim that the "EU" can dump quantities under mandate regulations. Why Banks Want Stablecoin Yields Banned
ABA’s are demanding a ban on the stablecoin yield. They say that the yield-bearing stablecoins could pull money out of the banks’ deposits and reduce the banks’ ability to lend, which creates financial stability risks. Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, warns that “trillions of money” will move from banks into stablecoins if the yield is allowed.

In reply, Crypto and Fintech groups argue that this would protect banks from the competition and make the stablecoins less useful and lock innovations behind the bank-controlled products.

ABA is also pushing to change the banking rules of Section 1033, which allows users have the right to share their financial data with the apps they choose. Right now, under the existing rules, users can connect their bank accounts to crypto wallets, exchanges, stablecoin apps, and fintech tools. But Banks are opposing the current rules and need the stronger liability rules and potential fees or restrictions on data sharing.

Crypto and fintech groups warn that the banks could use these crypto rule changes in their favor by charging fees for the data access, block connections, and slowly kill the open banking without banning it right away.
