Multichainz is an omnichain credit platform that allows crypto users to borrow against yield-bearing real-world assets (RWAs). By connecting borrowers and lenders together through its interoperability platform that supports multiple chains and enables seamless cross-chain transactions, Multichainz bridges DeFi and TradFi and unlocks seamless access to multi-chain liquidity while maintaining exposure to real-world yields.

Strategy funds its Bitcoin acquisitions primarily through at-the-market (ATM) equity offerings and preferred stock issuance, enabling it to raise over $1 billion per week during market pullbacks. This structure has allowed the company to consistently accumulate BTC during volatility, often outpacing both miners’ new supply and inflows into Bitcoin ETFs.
While the approach strengthens its Bitcoin dominance narrative, it also raises concerns around shareholder dilution and exposure to sharp drawdowns during market corrections. The firm’s average acquisition cost—estimated between $66,000 and $76,000 per BTC—highlights both its conviction and its risk profile.
Despite these risks, Strategy remains committed to its long-term vision of reaching 1 million BTC by the end of 2026. At an assumed price of $85,000 per coin, that target would require an additional investment of roughly $22 billion.
The company’s evolving identity reflects a broader shift—from a traditional software business to a leveraged Bitcoin-focused treasury vehicle, positioning itself at the center of institutional crypto adoption.

Strategy’s latest Bitcoin [BTC] purchase brings supply tightening back into focus, as corporate accumulation continues to reshape market structure.

The firm bought 34,164 BTC for $2.54 billion, which makes it its third-largest weekly purchase on record.

That comparison matters because the only larger weekly buys came in November 2024, when Strategy acquired 55,500 and 51,780 BTC for $5.4 billion and $4.6 billion, respectively.
