Groestlcoin was launched on 22 March 2014 with a focus on technological advancement. It is a fast and secure privacy-oriented coin with almost zero fees. It’s Samourai wallet is anonymous and secure, allowing for private stealth addresses with both TOR and VPN support, as well as onboard AES-256 encryption. 

As Groestlcoin uses 2 rounds of pure Grøstl-512 mining algorithm, it is ASIC resistant as no ASIC has ever been created for it. This ensures fairer GPU mining coin distribution and prevents over centralization of coin ownership by the larger mining pools.

Groestlcoin has a big and dedicated development team of over 20 members who ensure the smooth operation of the coin. There are major development releases every 3 months.
