Terms & Conditions
1. Only newly signed HTX Affiliates are eligible to participate in this event. Partners cannot participate independently.
2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
3. Calculation Criteria for This Event:
(1) The combined spot and futures trading volume generated during the event period by HTX Affiliate invitees below Prime 5 is counted towards the event, provided they were invited during the event period;
(2) Trading volume generated from Trade to Earn events are excluded;
(3) Trades using Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, Fee Deduction Coupons, or Futures Trial Bonuses will not count toward the calculations.
4. To be eligible for rewards, HTX Affiliates are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete identity verification before the event ends will result in ineligibility to receive rewards. Rewards will not be extended.
5. Participants cannot win rewards from both this event and other promotions of the same kind. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.
6. If winners haven't received their rewards, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email kol.support@htx-inc.com for assistance.
7. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
8. HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
