HTX is launching a special Regular Invest benefit, “Free Regular Invest Until the Bull Returns”. Register during the event and the first Regular Invest plan you create will enjoy a 0% fee benefit. Any fees incurred by the plan will be fully rebated to your spot account every Friday in the equivalent amount of HTX. The rebates will continue as long as BTC has not reached a new all-time high. Until the bull market returns, HTX will cover the fees on every investment made under your eligible plan!

I. Event Rules
Eligibility: All users who register and create a new Regular Invest plan during the event are eligible to participate.
How to Register: Click “Register Now” on the event page to complete registration. Registration is free of charge.
Requirements to Unlock the Benefit: Users must meet all the following requirements to unlock the “0% Fee Benefit for Regular Invest”:
- Successfully register during the event;
- Create your first Regular Invest plan after registration. Daily, weekly, and monthly plans are all eligible; Create your plan>>
- Complete at least one successful deduction and purchase under the plan.
Notes:
- Each user may apply the benefit to only one Regular Invest plan: the first plan created after registration. Plans created before the event are not eligible;
- Other Regular Invest plans are not eligible for this benefit, and their fees will be charged as usual;
- If the eligible plan is temporarily unable to execute due to insufficient balance, a manual pause, or other reasons, the benefit will be retained and will resume when the plan resumes execution;
- If a user voluntarily terminates the eligible plan, the benefit will terminate at the same time. Any plan created afterward will not qualify for this event benefit;
- New registrations will no longer be accepted after the registration period ends. Benefits unlocked during the registration period will remain valid until a benefit termination condition is triggered.
II. Event Benefits
Once unlocked, your first Regular Invest plan will enjoy:
- A full rebate of the fees incurred by the plan, credited to your spot account every Friday in the equivalent amount of HTX. Fees are charged first and rebated afterward; the rebate amount equals the actual fees incurred by the plan during that week;
- No rebate cap. The benefit will remain valid until BTC reaches a new all-time high.
Benefit Termination Condition: The benchmark is the all-time high trading price of BTC/USDT on HTX as of the official launch of the event. When the BTC/USDT trading price reaches or exceeds this benchmark, BTC will be deemed to have “reached a new all-time high”, and the benefit will terminate at 15:59:59 (UTC) on the same day. If the benefit termination condition is triggered, HTX will notify users in advance through an official platform announcement.
Example: Alex registers on August 21 and creates a daily BTC Regular Invest plan for 100 USDT per day. Starting from the first full calendar week, Alex will receive a full rebate of the previous week's Regular Invest fees in the equivalent amount of HTX every Friday. The rebates will continue as long as BTC has not reached a new all-time high.
III. Terms and Conditions
- There is no cap on rebates under this event. The longer the eligible plan runs, the more rebates may accumulate;
- Sub-accounts cannot participate independently. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted toward the main account;
- Eligible users must complete KYC Level 3 verification. Rebates will be calculated every Friday and credited to users' spot accounts within 7 working days after settlement;
- Rebates will be credited directly to users' spot accounts in the equivalent amount of HTX, not in the form of token vouchers. The actual amount credited will prevail;
- Only Regular Invest transactions that incur fees will be counted. Zero-fee transactions, transactions with negative fee rates, transactions using Spot Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, and Regular Invest in stablecoins, including USDC, USDD, USD1, PYUSD, and TUSD, will not be counted as valid transactions;
- If you have not received a rebate within 14 working days after settlement, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com;
- HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who engage in fraudulent behavior during the event, including malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, self-trading, and order matching;
- HTX reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: How does the 0% fee benefit work?
A1: Regular Invest fees under the eligible plan are first charged at the standard rate, then fully rebated to your spot account every Friday in the equivalent amount of HTX. Your effective fee cost is therefore 0.
Q2: How long does the 0% fee benefit last?
A2: Until BTC reaches a new all-time high. The benchmark is the all-time high trading price of BTC/USDT on HTX. The benefit will terminate when the trading price reaches or exceeds the benchmark, and HTX will provide advance notice through an official announcement. See “Benefit Termination Condition” for details.
Q3: I already have a Regular Invest plan. Can I still participate?
A3: Yes. The first Regular Invest plan you create after registration will qualify for the benefit. Existing plans are not eligible for this event.
Q4: Is there a limit on the number of plans that can receive the benefit?
A4: Yes. Each user may apply the benefit to one plan only: the first Regular Invest plan created after registration. If you voluntarily terminate that plan, the benefit will end and cannot be transferred to another plan.
Q5: Is Regular Invest in stablecoins eligible?
A5: No. Regular Invest in stablecoins, including USDC, USDD, USD1, PYUSD, and TUSD, will not be counted as valid transactions and will not generate rebates.
Q6: When will the rebates be credited?
A6: The previous week's fees will be calculated every Friday, and the equivalent amount of HTX will be credited to your spot account within 7 working days after settlement.
Q7: Can I register on the last day of the registration period?
A7: Yes. Complete registration and create your first Regular Invest plan before 15:59 (UTC) on September 20. The benefit will remain valid until BTC reaches a new all-time high, regardless of when you register.
