Event Timeline: 3 Steps to Share $300,000 in $HTX
Team Formation Rules:
- Users must maintain an asset account balance ≥ 10 USDT to create or join a team.
- A team is considered successfully formed once it has at least 3 members. Each team can have up to 100 members.
- Before a team is formed, the Team Leader may dissolve the team, and members may join other teams. Once a team is formed, it cannot be dissolved, and members cannot switch teams.
- Teams can still be created or joined after the Competition phase begins.
I. Spot Team Battle
Activity 1: Boost for New & Returning Users
Eligible new and returning users will enjoy a boost on their Trading Volume, PnL, and PnL% data. Rankings and reward distributions for their team will be calculated based on the boosted results. The more boosted members in a team, the greater the competitive edge!
- New Users (3× Boost): Users who complete their first spot trade during the event period.
- Returning Users (2× Boost): Users with prior spot trading history who did not make any spot trades during the 30 days before the event begins.
Activity 2: Leaderboards for Spot Team Battle
1) Trading Volume Leaderboard
- During the Competition phase, cumulative spot trading volume of the Team Leader and members constitutes the team's Total Trading Volume. The top 20 teams by total trading volume will share a $100,000 prize pool in $HTX.
- Individual spot trading volume must be ≥ 1,000 USDT for a Team Leader or member to be counted toward the team's Total Trading Volume.
- Tie-Breaker Rules: If two teams have the same trading volume, the team with fewer members ranks higher. Within a team, if two members have the same trading volume, the member with the higher PnL% ranks higher.

2) PnL Leaderboard
- During the Competition phase, positive PnL of team members is aggregated as the team's Total PnL. The top 10 teams by total PnL will share a $30,000 prize pool in $HTX.
- Members must reach a cumulative spot trading volume ≥ 3,000 USDT, complete ≥ 3 filled orders, and hold a PnL ≥ 1 USDT for their PnL to count toward the team's Total PnL.

- Members must reach a cumulative Futures trading volume ≥ 5,000 USDT, complete ≥ 3 filled orders, and achieve a PnL% ≥ 1% for their PnL% to count toward the team's Total PnL%.

Reward Distribution:
- Rewards will be distributed based on team and individual trading volume, PnL, and PnL%.
- Total Team PnL= Final team assets − Initial team assets − Net deposits during the event; Team PnL%= Total team PnL/ (initial team assets + deposits during the event) × 100%.
- During the event period, random daily snapshots will be taken. Snapshot assets include the total assets in a user's Spot account, Cross Margin account, Isolated Margin account, Spot Copy Trading Strategy account, and actual funds in the USDT-M Futures account, excluding unrealized PnL and Trial Bonuses.
- If participants have the same PnL or PnL%, trading volume will be used as the secondary tie-breaker (higher trading volume ranks higher).
- Rewards will be distributed in $HTX and will be available for claiming after the reward review period ends.
- Winners must manually claim their rewards on the event page within 30 calendar days after the event ends. Rewards will be directly credited to their HTX accounts.
- The amount of HTX token rewards will be calculated based on the spot price of $HTX at the distribution time. The actual reward amount will prevail.
Event Rules:
- To participate, users need to create or join a team on the event page.
- For the spot trading, only the combined assets of the spot account, cross-margin account, isolated-margin account, and spot copy-trading strategy account will be counted.
- For futures trading, only assets and trading volume in the USDT-margined futures account will be counted.
- Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
- Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Only trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, market maker fee rates, negative fee rates, trading fee rebate vouchers, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
- HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
- HTX reserves the right of final interpretation for this event.
