I. What Is HTX Gift Drops?
Gift Drops is a new reward-sharing feature offered by HTX for eligible users. Think of it as sending a red packet—with just one click, you can share platform-issued gift packs with your friends.
- Sender Guide — How to Share Gift Packs: Open the HTX App → Visit the Gift Drops page → Select an available gift pack → Send it to your friends or share it on social media.
- Recipient Guide — How to Claim Gift Packs: Click the shared link → Log in or sign up to lock in the gift pack → Complete the required tasks → Rewards will be automatically credited.
- Mutual Benefit Mechanism: Every successfully claimed gift pack generates rewards for both the sender and the recipient. When a recipient completes the required tasks, the sender earns a corresponding reward. If the sender meets the eligibility requirements for a gift pack, they can also claim the reward themselves. Additionally, if the recipient is a newly registered or successfully reactivated user, the sender can earn up to a 60% referral bonus.

- The exact value of each gift pack is subject to the display on the event page. The total prize pool for this event is 500,000 USDT. Allocations are limited and will be distributed based on the chronological order in which users lock their rewards (first-come, first-served).
- Each type of gift pack can only be claimed once per user.
- If the recipient is a newly registered user or a successfully recalled inactive user, the HTX Gift Sender will also receive an extra referral or winback bonus of up to 60%.

Notes:
- Sharing Bonuses are calculated only once per friend. If a single friend completes multiple tasks (e.g., completes both a deposit and a trade), rewards will be issued based on the highest tier achieved; they cannot be accumulated repeatedly.
- Sharing Bonuses and Milestone Bonuses are stackable, with a maximum of 300 USDT per user.
- The total prize pool for this event is 50,000 USDT and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to when friends complete their tasks.
Activity 3: Extra Gift Sender Perks – Share Up to a 50% Trading Fee Rebate
During the event, if a friend who claims your gift pack meets the spot or futures trading volume requirements below, both you (the HTX Gift Sender) and your friend will be eligible to share up to a 50% trading fee rebate.
The prize pool is 50,000 USDT. The trading fee rebate will be split equally between you (the HTX Gift Sender) and your friend, with each receiving 50% of the applicable rebate tier. The maximum reward per user is capped at 1,000 USDT.

Terms and Conditions
- This event is open only to invited users. If you visit the "Gift Drops" page and do not see any shareable gift packs, you are not eligible to participate at this time.
- Gift Pack Claim Rules:
- Each account may claim each type of gift pack only once. Each gift pack link can be locked by only one friend and cannot be reused.
- Recipients must complete the corresponding tasks within the validity period. Any tasks not completed before the deadline will be deemed forfeited, and the associated rewards will not be reissued.
- Gift pack rewards will be credited in real time upon task completion. Please go to Reward Hub > Flash Gifts to manually claim them. Rewards must be used within the validity period. For specific rules, please refer to the detailed descriptions in My Rewards.
- Trading volume will be counted excluding trades made using trading fee rebate vouchers or futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero or negative fees.
- For Activity 3, trading fee rebates will be calculated based on the actual trading fees paid by the user after deducting all applicable fee discounts, vouchers, rebates, and referral bonuses.
- Rewards under this event are not stackable with rewards from the Futures Referral Program. If a user is eligible for both, only the higher-value reward will be awarded.
- Rewards for Activity 2 and Activity 3 are stackable and will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends. Rewards from Activity 2 will be credited to My Rewards, while rewards from Activity 3 will be distributed in USDT and credited to the winner's Asset account.If you have not received your rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
