To keep your account information and digital assets secure, notifications for some services, such as resetting your password, will be sent to your registered email address. If your email addresses are not accessible, we will send the message to you via SMS.
In lieu of the SMS notifications, notifications in respect of such services will be sent to your email address or through platform messages and push notifications (applicable to HTX app only).
Please bind your email address to your accounts and enable in-app messaging as soon as possible, to ensure you can receive notifications in a timely manner.
