Rules: A qualified participant must fit rules as follow:

-Each qualified participant can only get airdrop once, parent and sub-accounts are deemed as a single account. Whoever traded on HTX OTC before the Promotion time is not a qualified participant of the Promotion. The transaction must be completed during the promotion period. HTX OTC takes no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected trasaction or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service.
-The rules and regulations of the promotion shall be subject to Huob OTC’s final interpretative decision ,and HTX OTC may amend the rules or discontinue the Promotion at any time as announced. and we reserve the rights to disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be cheating or violating any rules and regulations set by HTX.
