During the event, if invitees referred by brokers sign up and trade on HTX, and their cumulative trading volume reaches the following requirements, the corresponding rewards will be unlocked. After the event ends, rewards will be distributed based on the highest tiered prize pool reached.

1. New users who sign up using a broker's exclusive referral code and establish a valid referral relationship with the broker.
2. Those who complete level 3 KYC verification and reach a cumulative trading volume of at least 500 USDT during the event.
3. Market makers, KOL referral channels, and special whitelist accounts will not be included in broker-acquired user statistics. Accounts involved in fraudulent volume generation will have their data cleared.

1. Spot and futures trading volume generated by invitees directly referred by brokers and brokers themselves during the event period.
2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
3. Zero-fee trades using Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, Fee Deduction Coupons, or Futures Trial Bonuses will not count toward the calculations. Trading volume generated through Trade to Earn activities will not count toward the calculations.
Supporting Resources for Broker-Led User Acquisition (Enhancing User Acquisition Capabilities)
1. Marketing Material Support: Exclusive referral links and promotional posters are provided to help brokers attract new users.
2. Community Support: Official operations teams will connect with brokers, share event policies, and assist with reward calculation inquiries related to user acquisition.
3. Promotion Channels: The platform's official communities and overseas social media channels will promote the event, empowering brokers with additional user acquisition support.
Terms & Conditions:
- Prohibited Activities: Bulk registration of fake accounts, self-trading, wash trading, multi-account arbitrage, and splitting accounts to inflate referral numbers or trading volume are strictly prohibited.
- Penalty Mechanism: Once violations are verified, all rewards received by the involved users will be canceled, the corresponding broker's user acquisition rewards for the current event will be deducted, and severe cases may result in suspension of broker promotion privileges.
- Data Exclusion: Before rewards are distributed, trading data corresponding to rewards obtained from other concurrent platform activities will be excluded to prevent duplicate calculations.
- Reward Distribution: Data review and reward distribution will be completed within 10–15 working days after the event ends. Rewards will be credited to eligible accounts.
