Dear HTX Users,

HTX will support the RUNE(THORChain), STABLE(Stable), and BASE(Base) Network Upgrades with the following plan:

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for RUNE at 13:00:00 (UTC) on May 12, 2026;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for STABLE at 05:00:00 (UTC) on May 13, 2026;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for tokens on the Base network at 16:00:00 (UTC) on May 21, 2026;

You may deposit RUNE, STABLE, and tokens on the Base network in advance. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

Please note:

• The RUNE(THORChain) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 26143000 (approximately at 15:00:00 (UTC) on May 12, 2026); The STABLE(Stable) Network Upgrade will take place approximately at 07:00:00 (UTC) on May 13, 2026; The BASE(Base) Network Upgrade will take place approximately at 18:00:00 (UTC) on May 21, 2026;
• The trading of RUNE, STABLE, and tokens on the Base network will not be affected during the network upgrades.
•  The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.
• HTX will resume deposits and withdrawals for RUNE, STABLE, and tokens on the Base network once we deem the upgraded networks to be stable, which will not be further announced.
