I. Spot Trading Sub-Event
Bonus for New Spot Traders: Receive $3 $HTX on First Trade
1. During the event, new users and those with no previous spot trading history who complete their first spot trade with an amount ≥100 USDT will receive $3 equivalent in HTX tokens!
2. The total prize pool is $6,000 equivalent in $HTX, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the completion of trades.
3. Reward Requirements: Before claiming the reward, your spot account must maintain a minimum balance of 100 USDT.
Spot Trading Challenge: Win up to $94,000 in Rewards!
Users who complete registration and reach a cumulative spot trading volume of ≥1,000 USDT will be ranked based on their cumulative trading volume and will share a prize pool of $94,000 equivalent in HTX tokens.

II. Futures Trading Sub-Event
Bonus for New Futures Traders: Receive $3 $HTX on First Trade
1. During the event, new users and those with no previous futures trading history who complete their first futures trade with an amount ≥100 USDT will receive $3 equivalent in HTX tokens!
2. The total prize pool is $6,000 equivalent in $HTX, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the completion of trades.
3. Reward Requirements: Before claiming the reward, your USDT-M Futures account must maintain a minimum balance of 100 USDT.
Futures Trading Challenge: Win up to $94,000 in Rewards!
Users who complete registration and reach a cumulative futures trading volume of ≥10,000 USDT will be ranked based on their cumulative trading volume and will share a prize pool of $94,000 equivalent in HTX tokens.

Reward Distribution:
- The rewards will be in the form of HTX tokens and will be available for claiming after the reward review period ends.
- Prize winners must manually claim their rewards on the event page within 30 days after the event ends. Rewards will be directly credited to the HTX account.
- The amount of HTX token rewards will be calculated based on the spot price of HTX at the distribution time. The actual reward amount will prevail.
Terms and Conditions:
- Users need to tap Register Now on the event page to participate.
- Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
- Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Only trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, market maker fee rates, negative fee rates, trading fee rebate vouchers, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
- HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
- HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
