HTX has completed the orderly retirement of Canada-based user accounts and had ceased the point card transfer functionality for Canada-based users as of 16:00 (UTC) on Dec 31, 2021. Canada-based users will no longer be able to transfer point cards to other accounts, or between a parent account and sub-account.
With the launch of the Point Card Refund Service at 19:00 (UTC) on Jan 2, 2022, Canada-based users can access this service by logging in to their parent accounts to click the "Refund" button on their "My Point Card" page. The point cards of Canada-based users will be repurchased according to "Exit Plan for Existing Point Cards Held by Canada-based Users". Canada-based users will receive the corresponding USDT in their parent exchange account within 72 hours after the repurchase is completed.We ask for your patience during this process.
Note:
- To use the Point Card Refund Service, Canada-based users must have point cards and log in to their parent accounts successfully. Please log in to your parent account to apply for the refund of your point cards as soon as possible.
- The Point Card Refund Service is currently only available to Canada-based users and Mainland China users.
