- Go to the "Refer to Earn" event page and generate your exclusive referral link.
- Share the link with your friends or in your communities to invite them to sign up on HTX.
- When your friends complete the basic and bonus tasks, both of you will unlock the corresponding rewards.
For each invitee who completes all designated tasks, both you and your invitee will have the chance to earn up to 300 USDT each. You can bring in a maximum of 10 invitees, allowing you to unlock up to 3,000 USDT in total rewards.

After unlocking the basic reward, if your invitee completes any of the following bonus tasks, both you and your invitee will receive one lucky draw entry. Each draw offers a chance to win up to 200 USDT.
For every additional invitee who completes the bonus task, you can unlock one more bonus reward. Up to 10 invitees can be counted toward this reward, allowing you to earn up to 10 lucky draw entries. You'll have the chance to win up to 2,000 USDT in total.

- About Tasks
- Basic Tasks: Signup, deposit, and Spot/Futures trading. Inviters will earn a basic reward for every invitee who completes all three tasks.
- Bonus tasks include spot and futures trading. Inviters will earn a bonus reward for every invitee who completes either task.
- Signup: Referred friends must register via the event link and complete the required tasks to qualify as a valid referral.
- Deposit: Meet the required net deposit amount and holding requirement. Net deposit = Deposits during the event − Withdrawals during the event. Deposits include on-chain deposits and P2P purchases only. Internal transfers and Crypto Gifts are excluded. Withdrawals include on-chain withdrawals, P2P sells, internal transfers, and Crypto Gifts. Any withdrawal will reduce your net deposit amount.
- Spot Trading: Meet the required spot trading volume in any cryptocurrency. Eligible volume includes trades from spot, margin, and Trading Bots, but excludes those executed using spot trading fee rebate vouchers, as well as zero fee rate, or negative fee rates.
- Futures Trading: Meet the required futures trading volume in any cryptocurrency. Eligible volume includes trades from USDT-M perpetual, Coin-M perpetual, Futures Grid, and Copy Trading, but excludes those using futures trial bonus, zero fee rate, or negative fee rates.
- Invitees must complete the required tasks during the event to qualify for rewards.
- Reward Rules
- Basic rewards offer fixed amounts, while bonus rewards are given through a lucky draw. Actual amounts credited shall prevail. Both rewards can be earned together, but the bonus reward can only be claimed after all basic tasks are completed.
- For each successful referral, both you and your invitee will receive the corresponding rewards. More referrals will increase your rewards.
- There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite. However, each participant may earn rewards for only a limited number of valid referrals. Rewards will be distributed in the order that invitees complete the required tasks and pass review. Once the reward limit is reached, any additional qualified referrals will not be eligible for rewards.
- Reward amounts may vary per event. Please check the event page for details.
- Rewards include spot token coupons, spot trading fee rebate vouchers, futures trial bonuses, futures position gift boxes, Prime membership cards, and more. For details, please go to My Rewards.
- Rewards will be locked for a 3-day review after your invitee completes tasks. Once the lockup ends and the review is approved, rewards can be claimed. If your invitee fails the review, neither of you will be rewarded; if you fail, your invitee can still claim their rewards.
- Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on task completion and review. Once the event's reward winner cap is reached, no further rewards will be given.
- Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts on day T+3 after their invitee completes the required tasks. Please claim within 14 days of distribution; rewards will not be reissued after the deadline.
- Claimed rewards can be viewed and used in My Rewards. Please redeem and use them before they expire.
- You can check your invitee's task progress and reward status in your referral records. If "Abnormal" is displayed, it means the review was not approved by the platform. If you have any questions, please reach out to our 24-hour online customer support.
- If you have not received your rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online customer support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
- HTX strictly prohibits any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to bulk account registration, wash trading, fake trading activity, malicious reward abuse, the use of scripts, bots, or other automated tools to participate in events, and any unauthorized use of the HTX brand, including misleading promotions or representations.
- Upon verification of any violation, HTX reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke any rewards obtained, and suspend or permanently restrict the relevant accounts in serious cases. Where multiple accounts are determined to be associated, all related accounts and rewards will be deemed invalid, regardless of whether the accounts were created without malicious intent.
