During the event, when an invitee signs up and logs into the HTX App for the first time, both the inviter and the invitee will receive 50,000 $HTX each.
Zero-Barrier Rewards 2: Friend Completes HTX Level 3 KYC Verification
During the event, when an invitee completes HTX level 3 KYC verification on the same day of sign-up, both the inviter and the invitee will receive 500,000 $HTX each.
Zero-Barrier Rewards 3: Friend Completes First Deposit Task
During the event, when an invitee completes their first deposit of ≥10 USDT and maintains it for 24 hours, both the inviter and invitee will receive 100,000 $HTX each.
Event 1 Prize Pool: Equivalent to 500 USDT in $HTX tokens. Rewards will be distributed after the event ends, in order of invitee qualification time. Distribution ends once the prize pool is fully allocated.
Event 2: Refer Friends to Trade Spot and Share 3 Million $HTX Together
- A referral is valid when the invitee signs up via your exclusive referral link and reaches a cumulative spot trading volume of ≥500 USDT during the event.
- Each user can invite up to 20 friends to participate in the event. When the cumulative spot trading volume from invitees reaches any of the following tiers, the inviter and invitees will receive up to 3 million $HTX in rewards (awarded once at the highest achieved tier). Event 2 Prize Pool: 15,000 USDT equivalent in $HTX. Rewards are distributed after the event in order of invitee qualification time until the prize pool is fully depleted.

Event 3: Invite Friends to Hit Spot Trading Milestones and Unlock Up to 2,000 USDT in Boosted Rewards
- The referral cap is the same as Event 1 (maximum 20 invitees per user). During the event, if the cumulative spot trading volume of all invitees reaches any of the following tiers, the inviter will receive corresponding boosted rewards (awarded only at the highest achieved tier).
- Event 3 Prize Pool: 5,000 USDT. All boosted rewards will be calculated and distributed after the event ends, in order of invitee qualification time until the prize pool is fully exhausted.
