Event Rules:
If the following conditions are met during the event, the top 5 merchants will be awarded 100 USDT each based on their trading volume!
● Merchant's registered nationality: Vietnam
● Trading currency: VND
● Total trading orders > 300
● Single transaction order > 50 USDT
● Order complaints: Less than 3 orders
● Fraud cases: 0 orders
Terms & Conditions:
1. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate, sub-account transaction amount is not calculated in this activity.
2. The type of complaints is judged as follows:
a) Late payment/asset release: allowed waiting time < 1 hour (calculated when the seller receives the money in the bank account)
b) Buyer transfer of excess money: seller's refund time < 1 hour (calculated when the seller receives the money in the bank account)
c) Seller releases assets without receiving payment: consider processing
d) Buyer transfers to the wrong account: Consider processing
3. If multiple merchants have the same volume and are in the top 5, we will reward the merchant with the highest number of orders based on their 30-day order quantity.
4. Rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends. If you have not received your rewards after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
5. HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants by state of affairs, who show any sign of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
