Underpinning HTX's commitment to local compliance policies, we will retire Singapore-based user’s BETH service in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets. From 08:00 (UTC) on March 31, 2021, HTX will cease airdrop service of BETH and HPT for Singapore-based users who hold BETH on HTX. Therefore, we highly suggest that users withdraw your BETH from HTX to your other wallet that support HECO chain where users can still receive BETH airdrop as your daily rewards earned by ETH 2.0 staking node.

At present, if users need to cash-out, you can exchange BETH into other tokens and sell it on OTC. HTX will cease Spot Trading services for Singapore-based users from 08:00 (UTC) on Mar 31, 2022. After the retirement of Spot Trading services, any pending orders for Singapore-based users will be canceled. OTC Trading (fiat trading) will cease the purchase and sale of digital assets with the Singapore dollar (SGD) as well as all OTC Trading services to Singapore-based users from 14:00 (UTC) on Mar 31, 2022. HTX will not interfere with the price and planning of specific token. Please arrange the transaction time reasonably.
If users need to withdraw, please pay attention to avoid withdrawing BETH to other exchanging platforms, so as to avoid asset loss due to failed transfer to the account. Since from a technical point of view, ETH 2.0 does not support transfer, the BETH issued by each platform is essentially different tokens and cannot circulate with each other
When the ETH 2.0 supports transfer in the future, the community on the chain will provide BETH chain swap into ETH 2.0 in a ratio of one to one (the specific rules will be subject to the community announcement). At that time, HTX will also open ETH 2.0 withdrawals. If users still hold BETH in HTX, you can withdraw BETH to ETH 2.0 chain.

" Singapore-based users" above refer to users certified as Singapore citizens on HTX. HTX will evaluate users who have not done ID Verification by their registration nationality. The schedule above is tentative, and we will notify you in advance if there are any changes.
