Underpinning HTX's commitment to local compliance policies, we will retire Canada-based user accounts in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets. From 08:30 (UTC) on Dec 16, 2021, Canada-based users will no longer be able to receive Point Cards including receiving Point Cards from other accounts and transferring them between parent account and sub-accounts.
The detailed plan for existing point cards held by Canada-based users will be announced before 16:00 (UTC) on Jan 1, 2022. (Users from other unrestricted countries or regions will be unaffected.)
Please handle your digital assets properly and pay attention to your asset safety. Please be noted that any information you receive via phone calls or text messages to guide you to withdraw assets are scams. Please do not click on any links contained in your unfamiliar text messages or emails, and do not provide your personal account information, SMS verification codes, and other important information to strangers or third parties!
