- Invitee completes signup + level 3 KYC verification → You and your invitee each receive 0.02 SPCX.
- Invitee reaches a cumulative futures trading volume of ≥ 100 USDT → You and your invitee each receive 0.03 SPCX.
Tiered Inviter Rewards (Earn up to an extra 0.15 SPCX):
- Achieve ≥3 valid invitees → The inviter earns an extra 0.05 SPCX.
- Achieve ≥5 valid invitees → The inviter earns an extra 0.10 SPCX.
*Valid Invitee: A user who signs up for HTX via your referral link, completes level 3 KYC verification, and reaches a cumulative futures trading volume of ≥ 100 USDT during the event period.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Users must register for the event to participate. Only Valid Invitees invited after the inviter has registered for the event, along with their trading activity during the event period, will be counted.
2. Valid Invitee: A new user who signs up for HTX via your referral link, completes level 3 KYC verification, and reaches a cumulative futures trading volume of ≥100 USDT during the event period.
3. Only futures trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
4. All SPCX rewards in this event will be converted to equivalent USDT based on the daily average price of the SPCXUSDT perpetual contract on the HTX platform at the end of the event, and distributed to winners' HTX accounts accordingly.
5. SPCX rewards will be distributed to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.
6. Tiered inviter rewards are stackable. Reaching the 5-invitee tier allows an inviter to receive rewards for both the 3-invitee and 5-invitee tiers.
7. The total prize pool is valued at 10,000 SPCX, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the pool is exhausted.
8. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. Market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and agents are excluded from this event.
9. HTX reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the event, invalidate related invitees and trading volume statistics, and recover any distributed rewards if users engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to self-referrals, registrations using the same identity, device, or IP address, bulk account registration, fake referrals, malicious volume manipulation, self-trading, wash trading, abnormal trading activities, market manipulation, money laundering, multi-account manipulation, insider trading, or the use of third-party tools for cheating.
