Event Rules:
During the event, HTX Affiliates can invite friends to trade in either spot or futures. By meeting the specified requirements, each affiliate can earn up to 95,000 USDT in rewards, distributed as 80% USDT and 20% $HTX. Friends must be users who signed up on HTX using the affiliate's referral link or code, regardless of whether they are new or existing users.
- Spot Trading Requirement: Net spot trading fees generated must be at least 500 USDT, with a minimum of 15 spot traders.
- Futures Trading Requirement: Net futures trading fees generated must be at least 1,000 USDT, with a minimum of 5 futures traders.

Example: HTX Affiliate Bob participates in both the Spot and Futures competitions, generating 5,000 USDT in net fees from each. Based on the table, Bob will receive a total reward of 1,000 USDT, distributed as 800 USDT and the equivalent of 200 USDT in $HTX.
Special Note
Trading fees generated by the participating HTX Affiliate, their invitees, and their lower-tier partners through other concurrent platform events will not be included in the final fee calculation for this event. For example, data from the "Spot Trading Carnival" and "Futures Team Challenge" will be excluded.
Event Description
1. The event offers a 400,000 USDT prize pool, allocated as 80% USDT and 20% in $HTX of equal value.Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.
2. Participants are eligible for rewards based on the highest net trading fee tier reached. In addition, rewards from the spot and futures team competitions can be claimed cumulatively.
3. Net spot and futures trading fees generated will be taken into calculation from the start of the event.
4. Net spot trading fee is defined as the total spot trading fees, excluding fees from trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or trading fee rebate vouchers.
5. Net futures trading fee is defined as the net of all futures trading fees, excluding those generated from trades with futures trial bonuses, zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or market maker fee rates.
6. Net spot/futures trading fees include: (1) fees generated by spot/futures traders invited through the affiliate’s referral link, (2) fees from spot/futures traders invited via a partner’s referral link, and (3) fees generated by a partner who is directly referred by the affiliate.
7. $HTX rewards will be calculated based on the $HTX price on November 3, 2025.
8. Participants cannot receive rewards from both this event and other spot or futures events simultaneously. Trading fees generated by the participating HTX Affiliate, their invitees, or their lower-tier partners through other concurrent platform events will not be counted toward the final fee calculation for this event. If a participant joins multiple futures events and meets the eligibility criteria, only the highest applicable reward will be granted.
9. Due to the absence of a real-time leaderboard for the spot trading competition, users cannot track team trading data directly. For data inquiries, please reach out to your dedicated business manager. Final rewards will be issued based on the platform’s official statistics.
10. Participants must register separately for the spot and futures team competitions, but rewards from both can be claimed simultaneously.
Terms & Conditions:
- Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
- If winners haven't received their rewards, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
- Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
