I. Eligibility

IV. How to Participate
1. Only users who have received the platform's exclusive invitation email are eligible to participate.
2. Users may submit an upgrade application via the exclusive registration channel or dedicated Customer Support channel provided in the email.
3. Once confirmed by Platform Customer Support or the user’s dedicated BD Manager, the user’s account will be upgraded to Prime 5, and the 15-day fee rebate privilege will take effect immediately.
V. Terms & Conditions
1. This initiative is an exclusive, value-added benefit for invited users only. Registration is not available to the general user base, and privileges are strictly non-transferable and may not be lent or assigned to third parties.
2. Margin trading fee rebates are calculated solely based on trading fees incurred via HTX Margin. Rebate funds will be credited to the user’s HTX account in real time or on a scheduled basis and may be fully used for trading, transfers, or other standard account operations.
3. The platform will strictly safeguard user rights and interests. Event rules are transparent and publicly disclosed, with no hidden restrictions.
