To continuously optimize our services, HTX will officially launch the upgraded SmartEarn by the end of December 2025. Upon the release of the new version, the current SmartEarn service will be discontinued.

 

A key change in this upgrade is that the new SmartEarn will no longer utilize the points system for reward redemptions. For the unredeemed points you have accumulated in the current product, the platform has arranged the following:

Before the New SmartEarn Launch

The functionality of the current SmartEarn will remain unchanged. You can continue to redeem your points via the product page.

After the New SmartEarn Launch

A dedicated points redemption portal will be available on the new SmartEarn page (details to be provided upon launch). You will need to manually redeem your points through this specific portal.

Points Redemption Deadline

All SmartEarn points must be redeemed by 16:00 (UTC) on February 27, 2026. Any points not redeemed by this deadline will be revoked and cleared by the platform. Should there be any adjustments to this deadline, the platform will issue a separate announcement.
