During the event, HTX Affiliates can invite friends to sign up and trade on HTX. If invitees' cumulative trading volume reaches designated thresholds, HTX Affiliates will unlock the corresponding tiered prize pool. Once a prize pool is unlocked, all eligible HTX Affiliates will share the rewards — the Top 10 will claim a larger share, while all other qualifying HTX Affiliates proportionally split the remaining rewards. Invite more, earn more!

Unlock Tiered Prize Pools
During the event, if invitees referred by HTX Affiliates sign up and trade on HTX, and their cumulative trading volume reaches the following requirements, the corresponding prize pool will be unlocked. After the event ends, rewards will be distributed based on the highest tiered prize pool reached. The unlocked prize pool will be shared by all eligible HTX Affiliates according to their rankings.

The higher your ranking, the greater your share. The No. 1 ranked HTX Affiliate will exclusively claim 20% of the prize pool. Terms & Conditions:
1. Only HTX Affiliates and HTX Affiliate Partners can participate in this event.
2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
3. Calculation Criteria for This Event:
(1) Spot and futures trading volume generated by invitees directly referred by HTX Affiliates and HTX Affiliate Partners during the event period.
(2) Trades using Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, Fee Deduction Coupons, or Futures Trial Bonuses will not count toward the calculations. Trading volume generated through Trade to Earn activities will not count toward the calculations.
4. To be eligible for rewards, HTX Affiliates are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete identity verification before the event ends will result in ineligibility to receive rewards. Rewards will not be extended.
5. Participants cannot win rewards from both this event and other promotions of the same kind. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.
6. If winners haven't received their rewards, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email kol.support@htx-inc.com for assistance.
7. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
8. HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
