HTX is excited to launch the "Regular Invest" event #2: During the event, users who create a Regular Invest plan will receive automatic fee rebates settled every two weeks. Continuous regular investment unlocks additional bonuses, with continuous rebates throughout the program, making every investment more cost-efficient.
Event Period: 10:00 (UTC) on June 26, 2026 – 10:00 (UTC) on July 24, 2026
I. Event Rules
Eligibility: Users who create a Regular Invest plan (daily/weekly/monthly supported) and successfully complete at least one execution will automatically qualify for the event. No registration is required.
Dual Rebate Mechanism
(1) Tiered Trading Fee Rebate (14-day cycle settlement)
Based on the cumulative Regular Invest execution amount per 14-day cycle, users will receive fee rebates across four tiers:

Illustrative Example:
If a user invests a total of 200 USDT via Regular Invest within 14 days and pays 0.5 USDT in trading fees, they will receive a rebate of 1 USDT.
(2) Bonus for Continuous Regular Invest (additional rewards during the event)
During the event, users will receive additional rewards based on consecutive successful Regular Invest executions.

If a Regular Invest execution fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons, the accumulated streak is retained at 50% (rounded down) and will not reset to zero. Each Regular Invest can unlock only the highest applicable tier.
Example: A user's total Regular Invest execution volume reaches 1,500 USDT → Silver tier: 2 USDT in rewards; Continuous successful executions: 7 times → bonus: 10 USDT. Total reward: 12 USDT
Streak Interruption Examples:
User completes 5 consecutive executions → unlocks +5 USDT bonus
6th execution fails due to insufficient balance → streak is interrupted
Retained streak: 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5 → rounded down = 2 executions
7th execution succeeds → continues from 2 executions (not reset to 0)
If the user then completes 1 more successful execution → reaches 3 executions → unlocks +5 USDT bonus, as the highest previously achieved peak (5 executions) is retained for bonus calculation.
If the user then completes 5 more successful executions → reaches 7 executions → unlocks +10 USDT bonus
Notes:
- Users may create multiple Regular Invest plans; transactions from all Regular Invest plans are aggregated for calculation.
- Daily/weekly/monthly Regular Invest plans are all eligible for the event.
- Failed executions due to insufficient balance or manual pause do not affect cumulative trading volume calculation (calculated based on actual successfully executed Regular Invest amounts), but do affect streak counting.
- Regular Invest plans created in the last 7 days of the event could also be eligible for the rebate upon meeting the requirements.
II. Event Prizes
- Rewards are settled automatically every 14 days and are distributed in equivalent HTX token coupons to users' spot accounts.
- First settlement date is set on July 10, 2026 (Friday) and the event covers two natural weeks between June 26 and July 10.
- Subsequent settlement date is set on Friday every two weeks. Rewards will be credited within 14 working days.
- The rebate will remain valid until the user actively terminates the Regular Invest.
- Rewards will be credited to “My Rewards” in equivalent HTX token coupons, valid for 15 days. After redemption, equivalent $HTX will be distributed to the Spot Account.
III. Terms and Conditions
- No registration is required. Users who create a Regular Invest plan and complete at least one successful execution during the event will automatically qualify for the event.
- Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
- Winners are required to complete level 3 KYC verification.
- Only Regular Invest transactions generating trading fees are counted. Transactions with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or spot trading fee rebate vouchers are excluded.
- Stablecoins such as USDC, USDD, USD1, PYUSD, and TUSD are not counted toward eligible trading volume.
- Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the end of the event. If winners have not received their rewards after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
- HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behavior, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
