Dear HTX Users,

As part of our continuous efforts to promote the healthy development of the blockchain ecosystem, HTX will be delisting FLZ, EURT and GORK and cease their trading at 07:00 (UTC) on February 6, 2026.

The upcoming delisting of FLZ (Fellaz), EURT (Euro Tether) and GORK (New XAI Gork) is due to the projects' progress having significantly lagged behind the timelines outlined in their respective white papers. This decision has been made in accordance with Clause (11) of Article 17 of the HTX Token Management Rules, which governs trading concealment and suspension. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Token Management Rules, HTX conducts periodic assessments of all listed assets and assigns an “ST” label to those that fail to meet the platform’s requirements. Assets marked with an “ST” label are subject to ongoing reassessment. If performance improves, the “ST” label will be removed; if the asset continues to fall short of the requirements, it will be delisted. Assets that demonstrate significant non-compliance with the requirements will be delisted directly, without being assigned an “ST” label.

Notes:

1. Deposit services for FLZ, EURT and GORK will cease at the time of delisting.

2. For open orders on cryptocurrencies to be delisted, please cancel them before the delisting occurs.

3. All affected open orders will be automatically canceled after the delisting, and related assets will be credited to the affected users' Spot accounts.

4. To see your balances for the affected cryptocurrencies, please uncheck the “Hide small balances” option in your Spot account on the Assets page.

5. The affected assets in your Earn account will be automatically redeemed before February 6, 2026 (UTC). Both the principal and accrued interest will be credited as a lump sum, and you can view them in your Spot account.

6. Withdrawal services for the above-mentioned assets will be discontinued on February 6, 2028. Following this date, withdrawals will be permanently closed. Please take note of this deadline and withdraw your assets in a timely manner.
