What is Crypto Loans?

HTX's Crypto Loans is a service that allows real-name verified users on the platform to borrow digital assets by pledging specified assets in their accounts as collateral. HTX's verified users can access the Crypto Loans service, and the borrowed assets will be credited to their HTX account within 1 second.

1. How is loan interest calculated?

Loan interest accrues hourly based on the actual borrowing time. Any loan duration less than one hour will be counted as one hour. The actual loan interest rate shown at the time of borrowing shall prevail. Loan interest = Borrowed assets × Hourly interest rate × Borrowing duration.

 

2. Why can't I borrow funds from Crypto Loans?

The platform has a limited supply of loanable funds, and loan requests may occasionally fail when demand exceeds the available lending pool. If you receive a message stating that your loan request exceeds the platform's capacity, please wait for other users to repay their loans and try again later. We recommend refreshing the page and attempting the request again.

 

3. How does Crypto Loans forced liquidation work?

When your LTV ratio exceeds the margin call LTV ratio, the platform will notify you to add collateral or repay the loan.

If your LTV ratio surpasses the platform's liquidation LTV ratio, the platform will liquidate your pledged assets to repay the loan.

If, because the price fluctuates violently, the system cannot liquidate your position or recover all the outstanding loans and related interest after closing the position, or if the platform sustains other losses, this platform shall have the right to recourse for repayment or compensation from you or deduct the corresponding assets from your Spot account to settle the outstanding principal, interest, or compensate for other losses it has suffered.

 

4. Why can't I repay loans?

If you're unable to repay your borrowed funds, please contact our online customer service team and provide your UID, cryptocurrency name, the amount, and a screenshot of the error message for assistance.
